Traditional stories tell of masters who practiced one form for ten or more years. This is no longer true, as teachers and students focus on the sports aspect of martial arts and associate a new form with each belt level. Willie Lim resurrects interest in your traditional forms by sharing with you the classical techniques as intended by the original masters. Although blocks, kicks, and punches are an important aspect of the art, Willie Lim interprets forms as a collection of nerve strikes, locks, releases, and counters.
