Tai Chi Chuan is indeed the art of life and the harmony of spirits, the beauty of which lies in the aesthetic principles of all genuine movements. The soft ever-flowing movement of Tai Chi can best be described as "Meditation in Motion". It is total exercise, one that encompasses the body, mind, and spirit.

 

The soft motion of Tai Chi Chuan massages the internal organs, thus clearing the gates of the corresponding meridians; thereby, promoting body harmony and better health.
 

Tai Chi Chuan aids in stress reduction and in the enhancement of vital energy. The slow graceful movements make it an ideal exercise for those with hypertension, arthritis or those with any body imbalance. Further, it promotes longevity and is an ideal form of self defense.
